Just Googled it, you're not far wrong, apparently you can hang weights off it!!!  |

Iv not got a Prince Albert but do have a frenulum piercing I did myself a while back |

Yes I expect you can, there do seem to be quite a few people who enjoy having weights attached to various places. Handy if you have more than two bags of shopping. |
