Was chatting to a girl for few weeks she had athletic on her profile but no pics we exchanged number so we could arrange a meet then she sent me a pic and she was a bbw
Told her that's not what I'm looking for and she has a go saying I'm shallow!
Any thoughts on this? |

I personally think she has a cheek having a go at you.
There are so many different types on this site that had she been honest with her profile you wouldn't have interacted with her.
As for being shallow we all like different people and types.
She obviously has an issue with herself and her weight, by misleading people she is leaving herself open to rejection and possible hurt

You were misled and had every right to say she was not what you are looking for. As long as you were polite in your response I don't see a problem. It would be like me having no pictures and claiming to be 25 then saying someone was shallow once they had seen that I'm clearly not

it's wrong to be abusive to someone who has politely turned you down and she shouldn't have done it. I don't buy this shallow thing anyway, of course we're shallow we are here to meet people for sex not to form life partnerships...well most of us anyway.
If this was reversed and a man had done it to a woman there would have been all sorts of people saying it was his loss etc. |

She was defo in the wrong for being abusive and deceptive.Having a preference doesnt make yiu shallow. May be an idea for you to put on your profile that you dont wish to meet larger ladies as it would save them wasting your time and their own by contacting you  |

Even if she was athletic if, when you saw a photo, you weren't attracted to her, you'd still be quite within your rights to change your mind about meeting.
Heck, you don't actually need any reason to change your mind.
I'd insist on seeing photos before exchanging numbers, personally. |

Plenty of guys put athletic or average when there photos say different too. I think that's more delusion than dishonesty though! |

I had exactly the same experience a month or so ago, described herself as 'athletic' but the pictures she eventually sent were of a very large woman. I don't know what she expected but I told she has to be honest with herself as well as other people, she did not reply after that. |

This is why we insist on pics early on, if your not attracted to the person it's better to deal with it early on.
On the lying part she was well out of order, there are lots and lots of BBW admirers so hiding it is going to make it hard for her to have a meet where she feels comfortable and not fair on the men in question |

One of the first and most difficult lessons we learned when we started swinging was never to go too far with messaging before seeing a photo. Some people have fragile self esteem and will read all sorts into a no thank you once they've sent a photo. |
