'Tis very true of course but eight weeks ago England lost to Sri Lanka at home and four weeks ago lost to India at home.
So it's nice to have turned it around and shown some signs of quality. Most importantly I think Ballance looking like he can fill Trott's shoes.
What else can we look forward to? Ooooh, women's Rugby World Cup final on now! |

It is good to win a series and some have reformed well, ballance in particular, but India have completely imploded both with the bat and the ball, making England look better than they are, there's still issues with who's going to open with cook and don't think our first change bowlers are anything to right home about, on the plus side cook looks to be finding a bit of form butler has done well, but still a few weaknesses, 6 months now until there next series in the windies, |

agreed but if we stick with the same combination of youth and a few old heads I'm sure we will be alright, we have series against WI and NZ to come, both are very beatable, and confidence breeds confidence
