Slow or fast food?

what is your preference?

Mine is slow, i.e., 5 days to prepare & serve a coq au vin, would you bother?

Wouldn't like to spend 5 days preparing something but do like slow cooked foods or foods marinated for a day or so.

I enjoy the preparation and the consumption more than the cooking.

Organise the ingredients the night before, into a slow cooker in the morning and ready to eat by evening.
