Nothing cowardly about leaving a relationship if one is unhappy.

Tactfully with grace but be firm.

Always start with the 'Its me, not you.'

And if they refuse to go quietly with dignity, tell them the truth, that it's 'You, not me.'

The middle of the night, bags pre-packed in your slippers and push the car for the first 100 yards.

This!

Man up Princess. If my partner didn't love me then I'd hope that he'd have the balls to end it with kindness and dignity. Be firm. She may love you and not want to accept that it's over. Don't tell her there's someone else or that it's not you it's me. Be honest and tell her you don't love her. If you're shagging other people then you don't love her. Don't attempt to make it easy for yourself. Just get on with it because ultimately you're wasting her time and your own.

Good luck

Just tell them. If things are that bad they probably know it's coming anyway....

In the middle

If the relationship is not right she will know it deep down anyway, none of us like to end relationships as we all tend to feel guilty about hurting the other person but believe me it's better to do it sooner than later

Honesty and respect for each other. But you do say your wife as moved out of your home so I am guessing she already knows its not working.

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

I packed two bin bags of clothes and said goodbye. Initially, I stayed with a family member but then went into Homeless Families. I had my daughter with me. I ended up in a flat.

That was 20 years ago +. Finished my qualifications and now own 2 properties. They're only small but they're mine.
