Titz Towers, North Notts

I'm off to Norfolk tomorrow with friends and can't wait. It's been a year since I was at the coast.

Where does everyone else like going?

Ps, please don't post anything interesting tomorrow, as I'll be off line.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Have some crab.

I love being by the sea - I feel drawn to it.

My favourite place is the along the Jurassic coast but there is beauty all along our wonderful coastlines.

Norfolk I've been to Cromer that's Norfolk yes? Also love Skegness, Plymouth, East Kent, Cornwall.

I actually feel out of sorts and grumpy when not near the sea

Although we live by the sea, my favourite place to go is the rugged welsh coasts! Don't go much on our sea sides here in south Kent

Nothing worse than the bloody beach... all that stinky sand blowing in your face, can't walk on it without twisting your ankle and almost breaking your neck, and the bloody racket of waves over and over again... same old wave noise getting on your nerves... then there's all that little gritty sandy bits covered in dog piss and polluted petrol water from all the boats which gets stuck between your toes, down your socks, in your wellingtons, up your crotch and arse crack making you all blistered and bloody... let alone all that fucking sun without any shadows so you pass out and can't see a thing on your ipad. No wifi... no power outlets... just a fucking big noisy blue thing with fish in getting a thin piece of land wet over and over again.

Lol just kidding Thought I'd make up for the fact that we live minutes from the beach by making it sound crap

I spent a lot of time there when I was a child. We were told to stay away from the cliff end of the beach because you get cut off by the tide and the sea bed was mud that sucked you down. We did a lot of stupid things at Leysdown

Fareham

I couldn't live away from the coast (tried living inland once - just didn't do it for me)

We live by the Solent and I love this stretch of sea more than anywhere else. There's always something to see from hovercraft, naval ships, cruise liners and freighters right down to yachts, kitesurfers and canoes.

Post interesting, salty stories now that she's gone.

I wrote a dirty fantasy about a beach hut for a man a few years ago.
