The avatar is something i use to filter which messages i open. If the avatar interests me, i next look at the profile. If the profile is interesting and i think we might be compatible, THEN i read the message and go from there. |

I look at username,status,location,age then pics,sometimes you can read a message before you even open it too
Then I might read the profile,there is no magic formula with me in regards to messages,im not expecting a personalised epic for a first message but then im also not expecting a ridiculous message either like 'let me fuck all your holes now'  |

I don't get around to reading them all so either bulk delete or the site auto deletes after a while.
The avatar pic catches my eye 1st followed by user name, age & location. If those boxes are ticked I then look at the message followed by the profile.

If I can see that the message is just a Hi or how's you I don't even bother looking at either it or the profile.
All others I read the profile 1st, look at any pics and the user name, any of those off putting names like Mr Grey or fuck you hard all night long loses them points.
Then I open the message, face pics is a plus, 10 cock pics is a minus. If it is funny then I will definitely reply, if they are full of bull like you are beautiful, hot etc (I have no face pics on profile, I could look like the back of a bus!) depending on my mood he may get a slightly sarcastic reply.
I used to reply to every message but I no longer think that Hi deserves an answer  |

I read all messages and look at profiles. Filter that way then. I've also filtered message settings to the max to reduce amount of mail I do get. It's now at a manageable volume thankfully. X |

I look at the main pic then read the message. If the main pic is a dick pic the chances of me responding are slimmer than they are for someone with no pic. Depending on the content I can either reply or pop over to the profile before replying |
