the thing that puts me off cooking mussels is the prep. .. Now get the army in to do that. .. Then you could feed them  |

Nah, they're easy. Give them a scrub and throw away any open ones, then boil them alive and throw away any closed ones. |

That does sound lovely. I'm out for dinner tonight so will hopefully have some lovely seafood on the menu. Trying to diet though, so can't have any vino! Lime & soda isn't quite the same ! |

Has it survived ok, since you were a tester?
The pastel one I've just photographed is iridescent and shiny but it's not come out in the photos. The picture looks quite dull compared to the real thing. |

Ive never tried mussels but they're one of those dishes that always looks good,I don't like the texture of shell fish though
Im cooking a roast dinner today as all of us will be here at the same time to eat together and tomorrow im out with friends all afternoon misbehaving |
