I like all sorts of kink but I don't consider my job when posting questions on a forum. My private life and my work life are completely separate. Surely it would be my choice to choose whether I'm open about them and if I want to show my face and admit that I quite like watersports then that's entirely up to me? It has no effect on my day to day life and it most certainly is not the business of my employer whether I'm in a position of trust or not.
Provided the kinks are within the law and it doesn't appear to be harming anyone, what's the difference?
