Stockton Bypass---haunted or not.

Everyone who lives in this area will know where i mean its the M1 j35a area and in the past people have seen ghosts on that by-pass up near a power lines thingy,lol,,have u seen anything strange on there.?

Seen a few people make spectres of themselves up there. They tried to convince the law they were out for a midnight stroll but I think they saw right through them.  |
