Lots of reasons.... Sometimes to feel good or make others feel good... Let's be honest undressing is so much fun! Also because it's socially expected I'm comfortable in my own skin but that doesn't mean everyone is. In my own home I do as I please but I would never force someone to see me natural . When I choose not to wear clothes it's for me...if they are comfortable with that choice that's fine . But I would never assume that

Only to avoid others' embarrassment and to ensure I am appropriately dressed for certain social and professional occasions. Sometimes just to be warm

Because we have been brainwashed into thinking that the body is something we should have covered and not allow people to see, yet we were not born wearing clothes. The only good thing to come out of wearing clothes is the changes they made to the human body, less body hair, softer feet. Although only softer feet if you never walk barefoot

Im very bored.

Miss jay.

They keep you warm , or cool , safe from sunburn .

They make you feel sexy .

I don't believe you. I think once those socks are on you're so proud of them that you keep them on and make people look at them.

When I started the thread I was thinking that people would post about caring about how they look etc. or say that they are just functional. It's Fab and I have had moments that have made me chuckle.

I adore clothes. They are my armour. They turn me into a chameleon.

Pencil skirt suits, point toe stilettos, seamed stockings, crotchless knickers, baggy ripped jeans, tight white vests, black lace bras, flirty chiffon dresses, pink peep toe shoes.. I love it all. And with each look I embrace the persona I feel like that day.

Costa Blanca Spain...

"I live in Scotland."

Great answer.

We wear clothes in the winter because without them we would probably freeze to death, and not good for the male ego

We don't wear clothes in the summer other than to avoid arrest, be polite to visitors, occasionally keep the sun off, and when driving. Naked flesh and car seats just don't go together.

Why oh why can't the world be like Cap d'Agde?

Sheffield

Warmth or to protect my very white skin from the sun (depending on the weather natch).

Adornment, embellishment and enhancement - womens clothes especially can be great fun!

And cos naked is something I save for carefully selected people, and my girlfriends - I have no modesty in front of my female friends.
