I'd recommend Weeds I think - it's a fairly solid series that is light hearted and easy to watch.

If you liked supernatural and true blood you might like the vampire diaries and it's spin off, the originals. I prefer the spin off, but do enjoy watching tvd to perv on ian somerhalder. I justify it to myself because he's only a year younger than me.

And once you've watched Twin Peaks trashy day time shows like Murder She Wrote and Diagnosis Murder will take on a new surreal air that's difficult to resist lol

Especially the Murder She Wrote episodes where she comes to England and everyone's speaking cockney "cor blimey strike a light"... utter surreal shit classic!

The reason I recommended it though is because most women I've talked to about the series really like her (fiercly independent woman) so I thought it would probably be a good fit.
