Reading about the new guys thread on never having used the forum before got me thinking, shouldn't there be some kind of "initiation ceremony/procedure/forfeit" for newcomers.

Ladies, do your worst and come up with some ideas.

I thought they went through one. There are so many comments about newbies being made to feel unwelcome and driven off the forum.
