I have never understood why people have public x-rated pictures(even though i like looking at them)on a public sex site,where underage people could view them,all mine are private... |

That is true with free porn sites/picture sites,but most of them sites its just people who have never been in the films/pictures uploading them,they are all user shared so uploaded by people who have stole/hacked the films/pictures.This is a site where 99 times out of 100 the person in the pictures is the actual person uploading it,so for that reasoning the person uploading the pictures is doing so with the knowledge of an underage person seeing them...The site should be made private even a paid membership so you know everyone on it is 18+.. |

Paid membership would not guarantee u the person behind the membership is over 18. What if the owner left their login details saved? Anyone could access the account from that computer still.
I believe it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to restrict and control the actions of their children and not the responsibility of a nanny state. |

But they would have to know about the site first.....You say that but you can join this site 60 times or more with the same email address,in an hour,and view pictures/web cams...and why is it a nanny state saying this should be a private sex site? |

I have no children under the age of 18 in my household. No children under the age of 18 use my computer.
Why the fuck should I control what I do or upload online because some body else can't control their kids? |

I mean it is legally the responsibility of the internet contract holder (ie the parent who pays for the connection) to control what content is viewed using that connection.
Making all adult sites subscription only would cripple an industry as there is no way I'd want to hand over my ccard details to every tom dick and harry porn site if I wanted a quick movie.

The net is full of porn which underage people may be able to access if they are determined.
Why should people here censor themselves on an ADULT site when there is far worse more easily available?
You can take the whole "think about the children thing far too far".
To be subjected to explicit photos here, they'd have to be looking for it. If they're looking for it, it's likely they'll find it somewhere.
It's up to parents and guardians to monitor and manage what kids do online. |

Uh no. This site will be designated as an adult site which means it will be blocked by any content management software set to block adult sites. It's not necessary to set such software to block each adult site individually. |
