Masturbate??
I watched a film the other day about a guy coping with sex addiction, and part of his sobriety was no sexual activity outside of a committed relationship. It truly fascinated me and as such I am going to see how long i can go without masturbating (personal challenge, not a recovering sex addict)
How often to you masturbate, and if you had to give up, how long do you think you would last?  |

You see I masturbate waaaaaaay to much. Sometimes because I was bored, sometimes just to get off to sleep. I was definitely a quantity over quality kinda guy.
I used to feel if I missed a day that I had to make up for it, or the blue balls would become unbearable.
I'm going to set myself small targets and just work off those.
I fully expected to put on about 2 stone with all the Krispy Kremes I'll be treating myself to |
