He is alive!! I'll let him tell you how he got on but just want to say how proud I am of him doing something like this for charity.
It was a good night with about 13 different fights in all. I was so nervous when it was his turn lol |

Hello all, thank you for asking after me.
I am pleased to say I am ok, and still alive to to tell the tale. I am gutted to say that after doing what I thought was enough to win, the ref thought differently. 
I'm feeling a little deflated right now, but I know I have achieved something that 8 weeks ago I did not think was possible. I've proved to myself I do have the mental toughness to get in a ring 1 on 1 and fight in front of 200-300 people. I also managed to raise £348 for charity, which is what it's all about.
The only consolation I can take, is the number of people who stopped me after the fight to tell my I was robbed, including my opponents son.
So I'm off to lick my wounds, and nurse my ego for a bit. Of course evie helped with that last night.  |
