I used to love the summer I was never in my own home, I was always out in the garden or the local park with my girls.
This last couple of years I have spent more and more time inside and this year omg I cant breathe half the time too clammy for me
I am sitting here in a tiny vest top and pants on the floor all the windows open curtains closed, so fresh air can get in but keeping the direct sun out - and its NOT helping at all.
I seem to spent most of my time showering and changing and trying to stay cool, which for me is very uncomfortable cos of my HS.
The heat is also causing more discomfort and flare ups for me so I am in even more pain than normal
So Im off to lie in a bath filled with ice cubes and cold water someone heat me up when the autumn starts please??

I quite like the heat but equally I love cold winters - its all those things you can do to stop yourself from suffering boredom in summer as well as winter lol |
