My dog's become incontinent, which isn't pleasant for her, but my carpets are suffering as she's dribbling all over them. Has anyone been through this with their dog and have you got any advice?

How old is the dog in question?...a trip to the vets is probably a wise idea.
As for the carpets. You can buy a urine neutraliser that you add to carpet cleaning machines that you can rent from tool hire places. Don't be tempted to use water or other chemicals because it will make the ammonia in the urine smell REALLY bad. |

Take to the vet, it probably has some kind of urinary tract or kidney problem that needs management or treatment. |

She's had tests at the vets and they didn't find anything, but I'm taking her back tomorrow.
Thanks for the tip about not using water on the carpets.

take her back to the vets,my lovely was like that for months,the vet said nothing wrong with her, I took her back three times,then about three months down the line a tumour burst on her kidneys,i lost her the same day.you can get doggy nappies online,not very appealing but its a solution |
