Munchkin is having tummy issues today and doesn't want to eat. So i will be ordering a pizza once he's asleep. "

Had yoghurt and fruit so far today.
Its either eat or drink. Not both  "
It's not good for your system to drink on an empty stomach so maybe have some toast before you go out |

I went to Benidorm for a week and ate nothing at all. I drank all day and night and lost nearly a stone.
You dont see many overweight alcoholics do you  |

thankyou its all to do with some painkillers I was prescribed after being in a crash in may. Have lost 8 kilos, luckily I have it to lose. Am just trying to eat small amounts. I'm sure I will be back to normal soon lol.x |

We have just had our very first Nando's
A new branch has opened on our high street and we decided to give it a go.

Well today it was a toss up between confit de canard, or poulet breton. So I went with the poulet Breton in the end. One of the advantages of working in a restaurant is I never have to cook or wash up afterwards! |
