So I have been thinking about people's preferences for a while now and of course I have my own.
My question to you lovely forum folk here is have you ever decided or found a certain person that makes you step outside of your normal preferences or have you been approached by someone who you have been outside theirs?
Personally I have where the person that has sparked the interest via the forums or whilst in chat. |

there's one or two who use the forums who are out of my age range or may have partners that given the opportunity I'd probably jump on....they live miles away though...

Yes absolutely! As I get older I find that I'm not so 'tunnel visioned'.
When a personality comes across it can make a huge difference, I find in chat having some good cheeky banter works well .  x |

Yeah laughter can lead to a very positive outcome and personally for me if you can laugh with them i think the sex tends to be that much better. |

Definitely! Don't get me wrong, there has to be a physical attraction... but if a guy makes me laugh and has a nice face I'm almost a sure thing! Haha!  |

Yes, I've met outside of my preferences. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The person has to do/say something that makes me want to take that gamble. |

Yep!
In 8 months, Fab has opened my eyes on a few things...
One is bi guys. I wouldn't have considered them before joining - which is odd considering I have loved watching gay porn for years.. but now I think - well sleeping safe with a bi guy is as safe or risky as sleeping with anyone on here. Plus I might actually get to watch 2 guys in the flesh.
Another is playing with guys asses or considering using a strap-on. Wouldn't have gone there a year ago, but now... well 
And playing with a TV I would now .. Thanks again to Fab, I never realised so many like girls! (Sorry that sounded so crap lol.. I mean.. ahh I don't know what I mean.) Of course a lot like girls, A lot have opened my eyes to how approachable they are. OK I am going to stop there before I make myself look like (even more of) a tit

Yes the forums definitely help as I have bent my rules on age a little and on my smoking rule.
Both with very good results

Older guys are my preference and it is probably holding me back from meeting some very lovely young men but I just can't go there, it seems so wrong for me and even though I chat to a few younger guys I just cannot arrange a meet no matter how lovely they are  |

I've lowered my age range but that's but it. I prefer younger men so the top end of my age range is 5 years younger then me. Comes from having an ex who is now 61 I suppose. |
