I use the list as an aide memoire, rather than an exclusive list that ranks people above others, so wouldn't feel it appropriate to tell them.

Most of our 'not list' are on the block list.

Our hot list is used for a variety of reasons - but rarely just because someone's hot.

Most of our 'not list' are on the block list.

Our hot list is used for a variety of reasons - but rarely just because someone's hot.

My block list is totally different to my Not list!
