Regardless of how long this trial has gone on for, regardless of whether he really thought it was a burglar, regardless of what the judge's verdict is, the fact remains that Oscar Pistorius took a life.
It's way past time he put his hand up and took responsibility for that. |

"Of course he will go down, that's not in question. He killed somebody.
What is in question is whether it was murder or manslaughter. "
The law in south Africa is that if someone breaks into ur house u can shoot them its even legal to have a anti theft device on ur car on the outside right under the doors were if someone is trying to car jack u u can push a button and flames come out of the pipes under the car crime is that bad there that's the type of stuff u can do mad |

"What burglar locks themself in a toilet?
What person would wake up in the night and not notice his partner wasn't in the bed?"
That's exactly what I've said all along. Who doesn't call out to find out where they are and if they are ok before picking up a hand gun pointing and shooting for christ sake! |

I think he'll go down for murder or at least i certainly hope this is the case.
If he genuinely thought it was a burglar he would have called out first before firing. Also I may be being a bit simple here but surely the first thing you would do is check that your mrs is in her bed to ensure her safety?
He is most certainly a wrong un... The video of him being back in the house showing investigators his movements on that night was chilling to say the least. |

"Two certainty's he did it and he will be found not guilty as for going down...................if they take his legs off him ............your dam right! "
that is sooooo bad lol he certainly was a scaredy cat so surprised he didn't cower under the bed or get out and leave her to it would have been good if that happened as she would still be alive I think it will be involuntary manslaughter |
