so this weekend is letsbe's boxing debut....he has been training really hard over the last 8 weeks and the culmination of that training is 3 x 2min rounds in the ring.

As the bout approaches i know he is getting nervous so i am asking the good people of fab to show their support for him the only way we know how.............AVATAR CHALLENGE!!!

post a boxng related avatar with the words GO BASHER somewhere about your person.

Its a fairly short challenge as the bout is on Sunday but it could be fun

Just remember the old 1-4 they taught you in training.

2 and 3 are where the other guy is hitting you back. Try and block those ones!

3 x 3 minute rounds can feel like an eternity. ..so pace yourself for first 2 rounds hands up high and cover your chin...then bash away in 3rd round

Thank you all. Only one more sleep to go. Feeling nervous at the moment, but I'm sire tomorrow will be worse.
