The Brownies is one hundred today.
I loved being a Brownie and find myself singing the song just hearing the word.
Were you a Brownie, Cub, Woodcraft Folk and what are your fond memories? No naming people please.

I think my mum and dad sent me away with a hippy sect when I think back
Sleeping under the stars and in teepees was good fun,along with peforming sketches in the evening around the camp fire  |

Never went to anything like that, actually I'm not even sure there were any clubs locally. However, I was a member of Yr Urdd [the Welsh League of Youth] which all the school children were members of. |
