I wish I could wave a magic wand and be a couple of stone lighter. Also, i guess main thing is that I wish I wasnt so sexually scared of new things. Nothing too weird but just a little bit outside of my comfort zone. |

Having a high metabolism suck sometimes. When I used to train I found that I had to work 2 or 3 times harder than everyone else to get the same results and if I stopped the weight/mass disappeared really quickly. |

Yeah it's killer. If I stop training I can drop 2/3 pounds a week and and my peek of diet and training I can put on the same in a week. It's hard to maintain |

At my peak in the army I weighed 14.5 stone a year after discharge I had dropped to just over 10!
I was unable to train due to injuries so that played a huge part in it but even now I can't seem to get above 11.5 unless I put in SERIOUS effort, which I don't have time to do anymore. |

I wish my metabolism would speed up but because I have a thyroid condition there's not much I can do about it, unfortunately. |
