I've got to be up at 7 and sometimes I worry I'll sleep in because I'm shattered lol... What else do you do apart from setting alarm clock?! If I'm tired there's no chance!

When I'm working I set my alarm but usually wake up long before anyway. I have it just in case

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I write the time I want to wake up on my forehead with my finger.

Then I stay awake all night so I won't be late and feel even more shattered.

Strategically stay up.

26-30 hours is the killer period, after that you're good for another 12-18 hours or so.

The end of your first week? The first week is always tough.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

If I need to be up early I often can't sleep for fear of oversleeping so I'm either shattered, or I pass out an hour or two before I need to be up and don't wake up in time.

I always set an alarm.. Also, a trick my mum taught me (that works oddly enough, but i still use an alarm as back up) is to bang your head on your pillow the number of times for the hour you want to get up - i.e if you want to wake at 4am, bang your head 4x on the pillow. whatever time you get to sleep :O
