I always sleep naked. Well apart from a sports bra to keep my boobs pert. Sat here in just my bra and dressing gown open on top.

My neighbours are in theirs around 6pm. I know a sleep ritual can help you drop off, but I leave it a little later. Though it can deter the door to door sales people and religious tax collectors.
