Been listening to James Taylor's brilliant live album 'One Man band' and it's having a profound effect on me, quite disturbing actually.
Now as a keen student of psychology and behaviour I am very willing to engage in naval gazing, even though that may sometime become painful.
I hope I would strive for personal growth my entire life - become 'better', more whole, more fully alive!
Do you look for growth or actively seek it and how??

I'm always on a learning curve, as we all are. My thirst for knowledge knows no bounds and my ears are always open.
I try to learn at least one thing new a day. When your mind is stationary its stagnating

Life is learning and I will always try to learn everyday.
Each day I learn a little more about me and I grow as a person.
I have no regrets and I never will, to regret is to never have learned from your past experiences.
We are a product not only of the situations and people we have been in contact with but of our choices on how we react and deal with each and everyone of them  |

Ideally! I wonder though if that needs to be an active decision,ie if we have to actually 'take part'? Or at least co-operate, I think so! Sometimes growth is damn painful. |
