Does anyone else feel embarrassed about their tummy and what pregnancy has done to it?
I had two ceaserarans and I now have a slight bulge. Tried exercises and all the usual stuff. Generally eat healthy too. Any suggestions as to how to get rid of it?  |

Ive had 3 sections so know how you feel, i describe my stomach as a deflated balloon 
i do loads of sit ups and stuff but there isn't a great deal you can do about loose skin, i don't think it bothers other people as much as it bothers us, when i get naked i feel embarrassed by it but I've never had a guy bat an eye lid, so they are either not bothered or bloody good actor's  |

I know it's there and if I catch sight of it I might worry so I don't look.
I know I have stomach muscles as I manage to hold the stomach things in yoga but those muscles are not evident by external viewing.

Mine was caused by the menopause I went through, as it wasn't there before, but I was a size eight then.
The constant bloatedness, I'm starting to do sit ups, but nothing yet, hopefully early days.
I have put a pic on the profile so there are no shocks if there is a meet.
I don't let it affect me though, its a case of take me or leave me

I'm more embarrassed about the fact I've had no kids and mine is still pretty ropey. I have no excuse other than a lot of yo yo weight gain and loss over the years. |

I'm on the fence with this. In some ways I don't like my jelly belly... I don't like that it's bigger than my tits!! (excluding the use of push up bras haha)
But at the same time, I'm me, I'm proud of my 2 kids and I'm a size 20 anyway so I don't think anyone would expect different lol |

I didn't have a belly from having my babies.
The large stretch marks i did .
My belly came from when they cut through my muscle when i was sterilized 
It's my tummy and my stretch marks if it's not for you you don't have to play with me but you will never know what your missing out on |

I'm a size six and have never had children and I still have a belly, women need to realise we were not designed to have flat stomachs! So get over it and get on with it (though I should really tone mine up as well) Hmm Take my own advise maybe lol |

I don't like mine but I'm not embarrassed about it and I guess if it bothered me that much I'd try harder to do something about it. it's part of me and there are far more important things in my life to worry about. |
