Coconut rings.. no calories in the centre. However, (soery) to close the JC debate: the difference between a cake and a biscuit is defined thus:
What happens when it goes stale.?
If it goes soggy, its a biscuit.
If it goes dry, it's a cake.

Dark choc mcvities digestives ( other biscuits are availible) left in the fridge for a few hours accompanied by a large glass of ice cold milk to dunk yummy yummy yummy. |

Ive actually had a meet on one of these sites just for jamacian ginger cake. Not play just took cake home, best meet ever

ginger - i could get through a whole mug of coffee without taking a sip - just by dunking the biscuit in and soaking it all up = i try hard not to buy them |

Hard one this I like chocolate digestive, but not that good for dunking have to time it just right,or hob nobs the SAS of dunking, no mater how long you leave it on your cuppa it's stay hard |
