My son has started a new job delivering fruit and veg,and today has come home with a massive box of fruit and veg,Gratis theres this weird looking huge white carrot thing and apparently its called a Mouli,does anyone know how to cook it or what to add it too,how to eat it,ive never heard of them to be honest |

Its a long while since I ate one but I think they have a strongish flavour.
That's if I'm thinking of the right thing

Yep, its just a radish... Mooli is the Hindi name for it.
Very prominent in Asia and used for a variety of things. My family tend to use it in soups, stir fries, curries and in stuffed breads.
Its quite nice  |
