Yes and no as there are times when i have set my mind to something and will be stubborn to make sure its achieved and other time when I should be more disciplined and I slack off a little.

Life's all about balance which I have in these cases

When it comes to 'me', my self discipline is absolute pants (dieting, exercising etc)

When it comes to doing things that will benefit other people, my self discipline is pretty good - I can get things done on time and achieve good results.

I like to think that i have improved in the self discipline,Virtually no road rage and very rarely growl at people.
