We think we would. Statistics seem to say that mobole use is more dangerous than d*unk driving. It make me mad when you see drivers of big bmw's etc and lorries ( sorry they are so smug to say they are proffesional drivers) using handheld phones. There are so many vehicles that havein built phones and hands free sets that it is inexusable not to use the. |

Yes I would, in a heartbeat: if I had the opportunity to stop the person, and did not, and they hit a lived one of mine then I'd have no one to blame but myself. |

You can report them but the reality is without proof they were actually in motion and using it little would be done. |

Yes 100% unequivocally.
I get raged seeing some phone using at the wheel prick, driving past me and I wish they'd get pulled like drivers do for doing 5 over the limit.
Phones and cars are worse than drink n drug. Driving. Xxxxx |

Absolutely I've reported people for drink driving and have for being on phone inc taxi drivers.
My aunt and a friend were hit by d*unk drivers (in the days before phones) but agree phones are just as if not more dangerous. Nothing is that important you can't wait a few mins n pull over, even on a motorway there are regular stopping places if necessary. |

If you are scared of getting shot for informing on them telling them they are a "brain dead fuck wit" would have diarrhoea running down your leg. I love the fake bravado though it scintillating.  |

Yeah you would also need proof. If your in the car alone you cant really take a picture as this would put you in the same boat.
We usually drive along side em honking the horn and shout "put the F-king fone down" haha now this is only possible as there is 3 ofus in the van when ggoing to a job. But you would be surprised how many people put the phone down..........
