It's a cold pillow. Look it up. They do a body length one now. I found having one at my head and one at my feet saved me during the hot night sweats.

Someone else said the same to me last week. I have a fear now that mine is on a temporary pause and will come back.

Might be worth a chat with your doctor, a very low dose of Citalopram or similar can make a huge difference to hot flushes and night sweats. |

Might be worth a chat with your doctor, a very low dose of Citalopram or similar can make a huge difference to hot flushes and night sweats. "
I'm on Citalopram already. A high dose to stop me from going bonkers! Night sweats not a problem yet, but my cycles are all over the shop. When I'm on I need to wee a lot too. Anyone else get this? At least I know I'm not pregnant!! |
