In my experience there is a clear link between those that complain most vocally about being another year older and those that are unhappy in life.
Birthday's are about celebrating another year well lived rather than bemoaning being another year older |

One of my grandmothers is 88 tomorrow and was christened early as she wasn't expected to survive. She still has 2 G & T's every night. She'd say 57 - that's a spring chicken! Hope you are going out to celebrate. |
