Things that go missing when you break up.

I (Amy) always seem to have my tweezers stolen when I've ended a relationship. - Vince isn't afraid to admit that he plucks his uni-brow and has also said that he would miss my tweezers if we ever broke up.

So what "goes missing" with you?

My friend left his flat so his girlfriend could move out without any drama. Upon his return he was shocked to discover she had taken all the lampshades, light bulbs and light switched. A note was left to explain she had paid for them so she was taking them.

I guess I'm lucky I've never broken up with anyone I was in a long term relationship with so never lost anything.

I'm sorry, I just have this image in my head of you shouting obscenities over your shoulder while trying to waddle out the front door sideways, carrying a washing machine.

If someone stole my music I'd hire a hit man. Come to think of it, if anyone stole anything of mine I'd want to kill them just on principle

I once had an ex demanding joint custody of a GERBIL. I'd get two weekends a month and she wanted a solicitor to draw papers up. Seeing as I had scarpered with said Gerbil (for his own safety) I told her he'd died. He lived a very long and happy life with me. He never did like her as he'd bite her constantly.

Hmm, kind of puts my tweezer theft into perspective...

Although they're around £8 each time and seem to be the regular thing my partners steal.

Nothing as I left with just my kids, clothes and Waterford crystal collection. All my possessions at that time fit in the back of a Ford transit.

They're just really decent tweezers, lol.

Straight, sharp, and will grab anything you want first time even if you can barely see it.

I've had tweezers in the past where if the hair isn't long enough to not look like a tiny dot in the skin, they couldn't get them (I'm so easily pleased).

"The dog and the washer/dryer. "

Who bought the dog/is responsible for their insurance, ect?

Me and Vince would probably verge on murdering each other if we were fighting over the dog.

I paid for him, ex paid the insurance monthly, we shared vet/food costs etc. I lived in a flat and he moved back to his parents where there was a garden so took the dog and made out I'd be cruel to demand him back. It had been an abusive relationship so I wasn't as assertive as I am now.

Worst thing is I heard he moved into a flat and was working two jobs so my beautiful Germany shepherd was being left from 8am- 11 pm most days. He destroyed that flat, chewing through sofas and beds and causing all kinds of damage, before being given to exes new father in law. Hate that I didn't have the guts to do more now.

If it was hubby and I now there would be a bigger custody battle for the dog than the kids
