I used to play hockey at Uni. I really enjoyed it. I was totally useless at it, but I was very fit, so my job seemed to be to look dangerous and knacker the opposition who was marking me.
Theres as much aggression in the female game as there is in the male, even at my level.
The mens game is quicker at all levels, thats the biggest difference in the game.
