There are many other pleasurable things that can be done to a body,I think I would sob for a month until I could think rationally about it though
If its for health reasons then you have to balance the pros and cons, there is almost always a pro if you look hard enough |

"Stop watching porn
I know someone who is facing this as a medical complication and it got me wondering."
Jeeez in reality I really don't know what Ide do. You can still have fun yes but I'm sure it would be very frustrating |

As much as I would like to say "Just get on with it", if I still had my usual sex drive and couldn't gain any sort of release for that I think I'd go mad!
I can only imagine being one angry, unreasonable Bitch!

Until I met Mr Rabbit a couple of weeks ago, I must of had mediocre orgasms if an orgasm at all. So 43 years without one, I could do another 43 years without one, although I would seriously miss it now lol |

Will they still have a sex drive? Do they know for sure no more orgasms? |

"In case you hadn't noticed I'm not mentioning my friends gender cos I'm curious to hear both male and female opinions. "
I'd noticed. I assumed 'he' then went back to check. |

Sounds rough, no release. Probably many people already live with this. They may be able to orgasm but no release as such, it just makes them hornier and the cycle continues. |

I actually don't know....:-/
If I could still become aroused and perform then I could still enjoy giving pleasure to others, but I think never ever having a happy ending myself would make that experience wear thin very quickly.
I think I'd probably slide into celibacy, or at least have sex very rarely. |

"orgasms are good but it only makes you feel good for a little while, same as eating cake.
I might be in a diet but I still want to look forward to cake sometimes! "
Now I want cake. Thanks for that.

"I have read that sneezing is the second most pleasurable thing the human body can do so I think I'd find something to tickle my nostrils. "
Hmmmmm, I'm not sure that regular sneezes would do it for me |
