Get a piece of fresh root ginger. Chop about a cm off and into slices. Put in a mug, pour on freshly boiled water and sip when cool enough. It really works at suppressing a tickly cough.
You can add honey or a slice of lemon to taste. |

Cough medicines don't work so don't waste your money, if you've had it for a while though go to the doc you might have a chest infection. Failing that, man up and sit in out |
