Red wine should ideally be served at 11 to 12 degrees C... So with general room temperatures upwards of 18-20 degrees, it will need to be chilled...

(very off topic i know - where are you on orchestral music - clean articulate Baroque/classical or thick syrupy late romantic?)

Baroque with the odd bit is sweeping violins late romantic. We'll be fine at a concert as we can dissect after and get swept along with the emotion while in the moment.
