try e cigs ..i use a one called flavour vapour ...not had a cig for 8 months ..they have about 100 flavours and you can choose nicotine levels which actually go down to zero

I hear ya.. I definitely have an oral fixation and I have even named my vape pen "sippy". Still have the odd fag when drinking but adore my vape pen and can't see ever living without it.
