Lost another 3.5lbs this week, total of 46lbs since 10th March 2014.
Got the Club Birthday this coming weekend, so doubt I will lose next week though... |

"I completely agree - hardest thing to do is stay to group once you have put on too. "
Well done! Staying to group really does help, loss or gain (most likely) my group are really supportive and always have low syn recipes to share |

I thought about joining a similar group but my dietician said they are a total waste of time. Ive lost 2 stone so far by dieting but Im still at 21.5 stone and seem to have hit a shelf. I know I need to exercize more to shift the next lot but with working 9 hours a day and 5 kids at home I struggle to find time. My doc wants to refer me to the gym which will be great as then its free but cant yet as Im being investigated for sleep apnea and he doesnt want me doing anything too vigorous till they confirm that or rule it out. So at the moment exercise means walking my dogs. Still two rottwiellers aint the easiest to walk
Congrats to the OP keep it up as will I

Tbh, one of the best things I have found SW and WW good for is to kepe you away from the plateaus by having regular weighing sessions, and building a group rapport. |

I've just booked today and next Monday off as a holiday as I'm not making it work for me. school hols and too much going on foodwise, not in control. Taking the pressure off myself, might help. Back to work in two weeks so will crack on then |

we all hit a wall, i had 2 weeks in a row not so long back where i maintained, it does get you down when you know you have stuck to it and feel you deserve a loss, but the week after the 2 weeks i maintained i lost 4 pounds, stick to it sometimes your hard work may take a week or two to show on the scales, and remember its better than a gain |

Thank you I still have a long way to go, and there where people much more deserving then me. Everyone on a weight loss journey is inspiring to me, we all have bad weeks and feel like giving up, but together we can do this! |

2 more pound last night. Had a month of gain or stay the dame due to holidays and christening of my godson/nephew, but back on the wagon now.
Starting back at rugby training tonight, so that should help. |

Everyone sounds like they're doing great. I lost 3 lbs last week, up to a total of 17 now. Hoping to lose more at this week's weigh in, I've decided I'm happy even if I lose just 1lb a week. I have a goal for Christmas. |

Dieting and cardio can only get you so far, you will need some type of weight lifting exercises to see real change. Eating fat isn't bad, sugar is.
Well done for losing weight, but if you don't change your metabolism (put more muscle so you burn more calories when resting) you will put it back on when you get sick of dieting. Dieting is so hard and used to get me on edge about everything I ate. I hated it. |

Girls always think they will become massive for lifting weights, but it's physiologically impossible for girls to get big unless you get on the juice. |

I have been off the main carbs for 3 weeks now and lost 4kg. Will try and start back at gym next week. Has been tough as sometimes my calorie intake has been less than 1000 and sometimes as much as 1600.
I will find the balance :-/ |

I've lost four stone in total. Got my four stone award in may but have maintained since, put on 7.5lb on holiday but lost 8lb in the three weeks that I've been back, I'm gonna have a gain this week as I've not been on plan but I'm back on it today, see if 2 days being good will save me! |
