Folks, I don't normally post messages about virus's but keep your eyes out for a little programme running on your toolbar 'CIDutility' it's a nasty bleeder - spyware/malware.... The only anti-virus software I've seen to remove it is AVAST' it hit our work network today.......Paddy. |

Not had a chance to check it out yet, but I believe it may also be the name (or similar) of a legitimate file which is a Lan utility.. But this needs checking.
If it is in the system files folder, don't delete it until you have run a proper scan. Even elsewhere may be dicey, but a good scan should show it up. |
