Did anyone also get thunderstorm today with heavy rain? Was hail here as well lol, lucky I escaped it as it started as I was about to go in the gym this morning lol

The rain woke e up at 3am and I couldn't understand what the noise was. Rained heavily for a while and then again at 10am but nice and sunny here is west Wales now

Yes it was thunder & lightening at 5am, so much rain I ended up with a paddling pool in my front room.

Two inches of rain in 30 minutes this morning, I couldn't leave the house as the drive to Fisty towers was flooded. A40 is still closed
