I've got something wrong with my ankle. I have pain in my Achilles tendon and even when resting I get burning pain in it.

I do walk a lot so its probably tendonitis , I knew lots of exercise was bad for you

I pulled a muscle in my back that went straight into spasm then seized. The drugs a&e have me for it were ace, though.
