You don't just instantly get big by taking steroids you know. That's just a typical ignorant and ill-informed assumption.
Your diet has to be absolutely perfect, your gym routine and form has to be absolutely perfect. To have any kind of. gain from steroids you need and must work twice as hard.
Don't just assume because you see a good body that it's always down to steroids. Even IF the OP was on steroids it wouldn't matter, he still worked hard and well your just sitting at your desk acting like a child. |
