I remember my first school disco, i wore an olive green skirt with slit up the side(first one id been allowed) white top and little black heels with white tights. We drank cider round the back of the canteen

Glam rock...Slade, T.Rex, Sweet, Mud etc. Kate Bush, David Bowie, Roxy Music.

Wasn't really into disco in early 70's as preferred rock music so started going to rock clubs and gigs.

Discovered Bruce Springsteen in late 70's and have been a massive fan ever since.

Met Kate in '81 and married her in '83. Both our boys were born in '80's so the decade is very memorable for us.
