Portrait tattoos

I am looking to have a portrait of my mother on the back of my shoulder. The photograph is of my mother when she was 16 in the mid 1940s. She is walking along a street looking very fashionable at the time in her fit and flare teadress and her hair curled at the front. She was a very confident and beautiful woman and the picture captures this.

I am looking for a well regarded and experienced portrait tattooist to approach for this piece as its an important and special tattoo. I don't care how much it costs, or the waiting list time, quality is of utmost importance. Id prefer to be in the Midlands in case I need a few sessions but I would travel anywhere in the country if need be.

Can anyone recommend or have knowledge of a good portrait tattoist. I have contacted Darren Wright at Lost Medusa and Oddboy at Real Art tattoos as these artists seem to be what I'm looking for. Are there any others who specialise in portraits.
