Accupuncture anyone used it?

Ive had a achillies tendon injury for a about 4 months and hasn't cleared up even me resting it. I was thinking of trying accupunture on it - has anyone had it done and how did it go?

My wife uses this for her aches and pains esp pregnancy related ones and she thinks it helps

Yes I've had it for whiplash and also for migraines it definitely helps.

Yes the consultant who treated me for spinal stenosis used it on me with little effect, a physio tried it and had to stop as it made me sort of drugged and A had it with very good results for soft tissue problems in his neck and arm.

You might also consider a TENS machine.

Had it done on my back- it's awesome!

Almost fell asleep I was so relaxed, helped take the tension off some of my muscles too. I'd have it done again even if I didn't need it-mmmmm, floaty!

Yes. For migraine and neck problems. It worked for me.

I once stood on an upturned plug. It didn't relieve me of any pain, but did make me jump about and swear for a while. This may not count.
