I do grate them in salads.
I have been left with two responsibilities: the allotment and feeding a neighbour's cat. The cat doesn't like courgettes. |

smear the courgettes with Whiskas 
I think you are just going to have to give them away, my mum puts apples down by her gate and people take them within minutes some people knock on the door and ask if she has any (free apples) that aren't bruised  |
